Dude...You're Already a Queen


One of my favorite throwback "queens", Divine.

Here's an article about a guy who ran for prom queen, won and is wearing a suit to this event.  I'm sure L.A.'s Fairfax High (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Herb Alpert and that bad wig murderer Phil Spector) Class of 2009 will never forget this moment.

Back in my day, folks who had that ambiguous vibe brought their brother, cousin or just stayed home (I went to a girls school).  I've got nothing against the "community" but sometimes these stunts are taken too damn far.  ANYBODY should be able to marry, procreate and live life like the rest of us.

I feel bad for those girls who went through many fittings (and parted with $$$) with a seamstress only to be upstaged by a queen with three legs.
