At first I was going to post this on the WorkinHell site but when I saw that there's casting for "reality tv", I figured you can love it or hate it. As far as I'm concerned the end hardly justifies the means because if you've got the balls to even approach me with a baseball bat, then you're ready for a meeting with my size 10 shoe. UNLESS THEY ARE HURTING A CHILD OR A SR. CITIZEN, NO WOMAN DESERVES TO BE HIT!

I think in this fast daily routine exercise is very important. Today's life is very stressful so if you can do exercise or Yoga everyday one hour you can control on your stress. Also control on your food. It's also necessary.
