Well, a relative who was recently downsized, told me about Desert Ridge. This is a fairly new community near Phoenix with a population just over 6,000 and an excellent school system. And there is nothing like breathing that smog-free Arizona air while walking along their many open trails and clean parks.
Now don't think this is in the middle with no place to go on a warm night. At Desert Ridge, there is live entertainment, dining or you can just hang by the outdoor fireplace at the District, If you're sick and tired of renting some cramped apartment, check out the Desert Ridge Homes for Sale - you may be surprised by the savings!
