If You Ever Tried to Shed the Lbs. by Eating Cereal
Many a times, I've dug into a big bowl of the sweetest, densest cereal hoping that I will be "cleansed" and possibly ten pounds lighter by the end of the week. You know, like the commercial says. LOLAnyway, this probably worked only once and if so, I had a dizzy spell the following week. Nowadays, all of those oats, bran, wheat, crunches, bunches and whatever else "they" add to let me know that eating this is much better than grits with real butter and sugar, gives me gas that is damn near paralyzing.
